Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting an ODTL service or product, email security@opendoorstechnology.com with a clear description, the affected product or service, safe steps to reproduce the issue and its potential impact where known.

Report in good faith

We appreciate good-faith reports and will review them. Please avoid accessing information that does not belong to you, disrupting services, changing or deleting data, or exploiting an issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it safely.

Coordinated disclosure

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address a reported issue before sharing details publicly. Do not submit passwords, payment data, personal data or other sensitive information through a public contact form.

We do not currently operate a bug-bounty programme or publish encryption keys for security reports.
