Information we collect
When you use our contact or solution-request forms, we collect the name, email address, optional company information, and the details you provide about your enquiry, workflow, software requirements, systems, timeframe, or other requested information. We may also receive personal information when you contact us directly by email.
How we use contact information
We store form enquiries in our internal business systems and use contact information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential products or services, administer follow-up and maintain records of our communications. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We normally keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. We may keep information for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or maintain records relating to an ongoing customer relationship.
Service providers
We use Resend to deliver contact-form submissions to our business inbox and Microsoft 365 to manage business email. These providers process information as part of providing their services to us. We may also use other providers where necessary to operate our website or business, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Cookies and analytics
We use a first-party cookie to remember your analytics preference. When Google Analytics is enabled for the production website, it is loaded only after you accept optional analytics cookies. If you reject optional cookies, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
Your preference is stored in the odtl_analytics_consent cookie for up to one year. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; to restrict or object to our processing; and to receive information you have provided in a portable format. To exercise a right, contact us using the address above.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we use personal information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Further information is available at ico.org.uk.
